In March of 2018, The foreign customer finish the commissioning and machining acceptance testing for about the customized double column CNC vertical turning & milling center in our workshop.

This customized machine is a high-end multiple machining equipment which independent researched and developed made by our company. The machine can complete turning, milling, boring, drilling and tapping and other processes in once clamping. The functional components of the machine which has been accepted and delivered are adopted the top international brands. There is semi guard and chip conveyor has been equipped for the machine as well as the CTS function for double milling spindles.

The testing workpiece is a rough piece in 40 tons with diameter 2500mm which need to be turning, milling, drilling, tapping, and especially drilling and tapping more than 10,000 holes.

This customized machine has two live spindles which clamped two 90 degree milling heads with 6 drills. It can make 6 holes at once. To finish 6 holes in diameter 20mm and length 600mm need 90 seconds only. The high performance of machine earn the very high admiration from customer.
