1.CXK5250 serice CNC vertical turning and milling compound machining center is our company independent research and development product, is a new type of multi-functional, high precision, high efficiency compound machine tool.Has the function of comman cnc vertical lathe with a clamping parts to complete a variety of machining process, boring, drilling, milling, grinding, threading, etc.Shorten the processing time, improve the machining precision, and was popular by our users.
2.Vertical lathe workbench spindle radial adopt high precision double row cylindrical roller bearing centring, axial direction adopts static load mode or cross roller bearing bearing load mode,with precision indexing table and milling of feed function.
3.The machine tool main components and main transmission adopts thermal symmetric structure, with high thermal stability; Feeding adopt Japan THK high precision ball screw drive, Machine is equipped with double layer ATC automated milling machine composite knife library,12-20 optional tool storage,can add the attachment storage by optional.
4.Using Siemens 840 DSL system (the user can specify other systems); Servo motor and servo driver are all made of original Siemens products.
5. All castings are aging treatment, ensure the machine stability.
6. Automatic centralized lubrication system can guarantee the sustained and effective guide rail and ball screw lubrication.
7. Independent chip cooling system configuration large flow cooling pump and the chain (or magnetic) chip removal device, and can according to user needs to choose the side and back of the form, for forced cooling of machine tools and automatic chip removal.
8. Verical lathe low voltage electrical adopt the ABB international brand and the electric components utilize the components with ultra-high quality , CNC equipment using Siemens 840D SL, (Fanuc 3li System by option),servo motor and servo driver all utilize Siemens products; All functional parts and electrical parts are high- grade product, high reliability;high-precision gear grinding gear are featured with low noise and stable operation. Completely accessories configuration, users only need to prepare the cutting tool can be use immediately, perfect after-sales service system to get rid of worries for you.
